The FSA is an independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires us to give you this document. Use this information to decide if our service is right for you.

We offer products from a range of insurers including, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Business Combined, Motor Traders Policies, Marine, Employers and Public Liability, Office Contents and Director and Officers Cover.

We offer the above products from a number of insurers listed on our insurers web page.

Which service will we provide you with?

We will advise and make recommendations after we have assessed your needs from the information that you provide via our web site or your signed proposal form, for any of the products listed above.

What will you pay us for our service?

You will receive a quotation, which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy.

Who regulates us?

Heritage Insurance Services is regulated by the FSA. Our regulation number is 447154
Our permitted business is:

• Non-investment Insurance Contracts for all types of customers.

Our approved FSA persons are:

What to do if you have a complaint

To register a complaint write to the address on our Contact Us page or click on our complaints procedure link.

If you are unable to settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme?

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and circumstances of the claim.
